IS SHIPPING INCLUDED?
No. We have a flat rate cost of $4.99 for shipping.
Local to Pittsburgh area? If you prefer, opt to pick up your order at any of our six locations, and we will waive the shipping cost.
HOW DO YOUR PRICES COMPARE?
All snack box prices are based on the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY ORDER?
You should receive your snacks within 3 – 5 business days after placing your order, depending on where you live.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes! All boxes ship via UPS. Once your order is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with the UPS tracking number so you can see exactly where your snacks are!
If you opted for local Pittsburgh area in-store pickup, we'll send you a confirmation email with information on when your order will be complete. Orders can be picked up at your convenience once they are ready.
CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC ITEM?
No, but you can request specific categories, and provide any gluten-free and dairy free preferences. See section Snacks4me.
CAN I SHIP TO SOMEONE ELSE OR SEND A BOX AS A GIFT?
Sure! While we do not include a gift card service, you can absolutely send a box to anyone in the United States. Simply provide the correct name and address in “ship to” section while ordering. You’ll pay the bill, and your recipient will get the snacks!
CAN I PRE-ORDER A BOX FOR A FUTURE DATE?
Snacks on the Way is not a subscription service, so any order you place will be packed & shipped upon order.

CAN I GET MY BOX DELIVERED?
All Fresh Eats boxes are for pickup only. We do not ship fresh groceries at this time.
HOW SOON CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
All pickups are on Fridays only, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. As long as you place your order by 4 p.m. on Tuesday, your order will be ready on Friday. Wondering if your got your order placed in time? Don't worry, we will send you an email confirming your Friday pick up date and location.
CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC ITEM OR SUBSTITUTIONS?
We cannot accommodate special requests as we select perishable items based on availability - which means you will always get freshest items! We do not offer gluten-free and dairy-free preferences.
CAN I SET UP A WEEKLY ORDER OR PRE-ORDER A BOX FOR A FUTURE DATE?
We cannot accept pre-orders since Fresh Eats boxes are...well, fresh! All items are selected weekly, based on availability and quality.
